To Apply: After viewing a property you like, you will then fill out an application. Leis Realty will run a background/felony check, eviction history and a credit report for all adults. There is an application fee per adult and goes towards the background check and is non-refundable. You will receive an application at the showing. You must schedule a showing before submitting an application.
